Tell her to send her CV to the nearest parastatals nd join the civil service.Kwa gava the only time ull be 'fired' is when ur 50 or 60 something *

Tell him to take sometime to update his CV,apply EVERYWHERE(thru mail,in person,online...)he can even go to an employment/job agency if he's in Nai,they help one 2 search 4 a job.The thing is not to give up in the pursuit *

Aanzishe bizna.He might not be gud as an employee but may be a gud business owner.My uncle was just like that.One day he just ended up arguing and abusing his boss and got fired.He started his own bizna and became sucessful *

Last yr i got fired,lost my gf(hia u come 2 see her real colors)but i bounced back after a month lyk a bad tumor..btw,thanks to all those who gave me alil bit of advice when i posted it hia.Akina;nectar,ezzy,jinias...waz rily low and depressed @ the tym......Id just tell him 2 apply continously na atumie all connections he might hav,be it family or frnd in a high position.Si u know this our Kenya?..exhaust all options *
