The july-august cold rainy season is here with us again.Ive noted even @ my workplace how dull people have become in this cold dull weather.Pple are cranky,too quiet,some just unhappy..Its a scientific fact that when there is cold weather,your mood actually dumpens as well as ur metabolism.Cold is an energy-depleting form of stress similar to having a daily argument with someone.If ur energy systems are already low or your up to your neck with things to do,the addition of this weather stress can be significant.The cold having brought your energy systems down,one will tend to eat more to keep warm.Its 12.55 now.You can go out 2 lunch with a colleague 2 confirm this.hehe..This aside and back to the mood issue,does the weather be it warm or cold usually affect ur mood? *

At night,the rain is gud.Especially if ur living in an apartment like me.U and ur chic can bang and scream ur lungs out without the adjacent neighbours hearing anything. *
